Feedback is...Back

After waiting, classes, and more writing I got an email from my screenwriting professor. I met with him over lunch and we discussed my works. He told me that while he enjoyed all of them, there was stuff that could be worked on. His comments were actually very insightful and helpful. He told me what things I did well and seemed to be good at such as choreographing action and my dialogue. A couple of the things he said I should work on were things such as my first 40 pages feeling more like a play than a movie and one of my shorts not feeling enough like a journey. I took this feedback and started applying it to my screenplays. It's always a little scary waiting for feedback on work, but seems to always work out for the best in one way or another.
