Not Quite a Mermaid

Today I continued working on my next short. It's a short horror about the Russian Rusalka. I'm taking a bit more time with this one due to horror being a favorite writing genre of mine. I just got done writing the first encounter with the creature and I actually feel pretty good about it. Tomorrow I'll probably start into some other plot aspects of it before the next encounter. I think, based on how things are working out so far, this short will probably end up being 10-15 pages long. I never truly know how much space dialogue will take up though so no promises.
